Brachycephalic breeds (Brachy) are dog & cat breeds with short and flat faces.
There are different degrees of brachycephaly, with some breeds being more extreme than others.

Brachycephalic dogs and cats have an exaggerated short and wide skull, and their bottom jaw is disproportionately longer than their upper jaw giving them a ‘Flat face look’.
